Visa Information :
Individuals not eligible for visa on arrival to the United Arab Emirates (see visa on arrival list) may obtain their visa through the following options:
GCC Nationals and Residents:
GCC Individuals (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman) can apply for the entry permit through the official online portal below by the UAE Ministry of Interior. Click Here

Airline Visa Assistance:
Etihad Airways and Emirates Airlines provide visa assistance if you have booked your travel through them.

You can approach the UAE embassy at your locale and apply for the entry permit with the required documentations. You may be required to produce an invitation letter that will be provided to you upon request after completing your registration to the conference.
Please note that this letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers. All expenses incurred in relation to the event are the sole responsibility of the delegates.

Most hotels (3-5 star) in the UAE provide visa assistance on request if you have booked your stay with them.
